</div>What is the Noorani Qaida?

The Noorani Qaida is a foundation book for learning to read the Quran. It takes the learner step by step from single letters, to vowels and tanween, then to madd, sukoon and shaddah, until they can read from the Mushaf correctly. It is normally taught with a teacher who hears the pronunciation and corrects it.
